Eukarion founded in January 1991 by Drs. Malfroy-Camine and Baudry. First patent on (Salen)Mn Complexes filed in 1993. Patent on cyclized (Salen)Mn Complexes (EUK-207) filed in 2000. EUK-134 commercialized as an active ingredient in cosmetics in 2002. Eukarion acquired by Proteome Systems in April 2005. Proteome Systems focuses on diagnostics and becomes Tyrian Diagnostics in August 2008. MindSet Rx created late Summer 2008 by Drs. Malfroy-Camine and Baudry to get. We zero in on neurodegenerative diseases.

Over the years we , and others, have published a number of scientific articles describing the properties and efficacy of our compounds, including EUK-8, EUK-134, EUK-189 and EUK-207. Our compound EUK-134 has been used as an active ingredient in cosmetics for about 10 years. It is being sold to cosmetics companies by our partner Lucas Meyer Cosmetics. One of our compounds is a clinical candidate for the prevention and treatment of certain neurodegenerative diseases. We zero in on neurodegenerative diseases.
