Monday, July 22, 2013. How is that possible? DAY 3 of The Fast Metabolism Diet. I don't believe in getting on the scale any more than once a week while dieting, but because I am changing to the second phase-I just had to! In the 2 days of Phase One I lost 5 lbs! I had to step off the scale and do it twice because I was afraid it was wrong! Who would have thought that this CONSTANT eating (this is the first time I have EVER complained about eating a lot of food! Would have such an impact on weight loss!
