Saturday, January 08, 2011. 幾個星期以前尼克妹要做一分月曆送給他們的奶奶。月曆的主角就是他們這一群的兒孫們。尼克妹特別指定要我們寄上過去一年某三個月分所照的兩人合照。我們兩人在照片裡一個月分一個月分的找，發現一整年的照片就是找不到幾張兩人的合照，而且整年的照片居然食物照多過人物照！有的月分居然只有美食照沒有半點人影！情急之下我們只能魚目混珠，用過去幾年的兩人合照，然後期待真人沒有跟相片差太多（比方說這幾年我們明顯變「成熟」了）。 阿松刈包－富盛號碗粿－石精臼蚵仔煎－安平同記豆花－周氏蝦捲－陳氏蚵捲. 阿堂鹹粥－小西腳青草茶－路邊的膳魚意麵－金得春捲－石川（？）肉臊飯－窄門咖啡. 尼克先生因為早來一週，吃了很多我沒機會吃的東西，像是台中某攤的鵝肉、忠孝夜市和我一直很想念的小肥羊（現在居然變小肥牛了）. 台南小吃接力是很久以前就想跟尼克先生一起去的，終於今年實現。因為決定得很隨意，臨時上網亂找，找到了永華路上的「台邦商務」就給它訂下去了...綜合起來，所有吃過的小吃裡「阿松刈包」...這次的美食記不得不提起...

Friday, May 06, 2011. 自從發現懷孕以後，我沒有什麼特別想吃的東西，但是許多食物倒是完全沒辦法吃下口。尤其是沙拉和青菜，不知道為什麼看了就想吐。唯一能夠吃的，就是含高蛋白質的食物像起司和雞肉，以及澱粉類的東西像燕麥片。吐的時候青菜全部吐出來，可是起司牛奶豆漿就沒事。有人說這是因為胎兒會自動選擇他所需要的營養，避開對他不合適的食物。像我本來每天都需要喝一杯茶才會清醒的，懷孕以後完全沒有想喝咖啡因的慾望。青菜類的熱量不夠，我每天吐好幾次的，大概只吃蛋白質類補充熱量效率比較高。這些高蛋白高鈣的東西也正好是成長大量需要的東西，所以我也沒有為難自己的胃去硬塞那些讓我越吃越吐的東西。 2空心菜一大把 （噁）. 6 沙茶醬兩匙（但我只有一匙，因為快沒了。而且我上面說除了牛肉以外，每一個材料都是我懷孕以後開始恨惡的。現在的我討厭沙茶味）. 其實不是。這道菜居然讓我兩個多月以來第一次開懷的大口吃青菜，吃到菜都快沒了，所以沒圖片可以給人看。 1把牛肉切薄片，加醬油，糖和太白粉醃一醃。 Links to this post.

Monday, June 13, 2011. 最近無聊會看一個台灣的家庭育兒討論區。有許多人的發言和主題都有如蘋果日報或連續劇般且娛樂性。如果你要沒營養又沒充滿流言八卦的討論串，這個討論網站有許多版面都非常合適。 另一個讓我看得眼界大開的是，原來有不少有額外財力的人，會特別跑來美國生小孩。而顯然這成為一個產業，有上游，有供應鍊，有中盤，分工非常細。想來的人可以找代辦，訂機票，訂月子中心，訂醫生，另外專人教你怎麼穿怎麼掩飾大肚子闖海關。到了以後住進月子中心，有人包吃包住還包帶出門逛街看醫生。醫生是特約的，因為在美國其實生小孩沒保險非常貴，不過既然找的是華人醫生付現他們不用報稅，所以便宜很多。生下來以後有代書什麼的幫忙認証，就可以辦一本護照把小孩帶回家。真是...Links to this post. Monday, October 11, 2010. 這幾年在美國一年總要去個兩次婚禮。最喜歡看新人在喜宴現場對彼此以及雙方家人之間的互動。看著兩人在婚禮的高度壓力下是怎麼一起度過這個可以很快樂也可以很混沌的數個小時，仔細想想我這種好奇真是有點變態。也許是曾經經歷過同樣的歷程，我常觀察新人是否也樂在其中，跟著朋友家人一起玩樂，還是忙到不知道自己在幹什麼。我也很愛看男女和各自原生家庭之間的關係。很多父母早就離異，各自帶著伴侶出現。有的父母仍在一起，在現場做個安靜的參與者。也有的爸媽跟兒女的朋友熱絡交談。這裡面也可以看到兄弟友誼，姐妹情等等，特別是伴郎伴娘致詞的時候，常常都是兄弟或姐妹擔任主要伴郎伴娘，眾生相非常有趣。 會想到這些是因為我的外公外婆即將要慶祝他們結婚六十週年的鑽石婚紀念。今晚正好去了一個婚禮。想到同樣的約定，另一對夫妻有幸維持六十年之久， 我為他們衷心感到高興。 Links to this post. Sunday, December 13, 2009. 在今年(2009年)的ACTFL年會開幕式上，有一段多媒體的短片向與會的學者老師們傳達這個世代的新趨勢，也就是行動科技越來越進步之下，網絡社群已經成為許多年輕世代生活中不可分割的一部分。給人一種你沒上FB還是Twitter(在台灣大概是噗浪吧)你就落伍了的感覺，不知道看完影片後有多少老師懷抱恐慌地趕快去申請了一個Facebook帳號還是開始Twit起來。Social Network這個詞有時候其實聽到很煩，這幾年也不知道加入了多少類似的社群，到最後這些地方都不知道到哪兒去了。通常都是一開始被人鼓吹加入以後覺得上面很無聊，後來連密碼都忘掉就懶得上去了。這些網站人不夠多到最後的結局就是人越來越少然後就掛了。如果不是Facebook臉書過去一年燒到台灣去導致我的朋友名單爆增，大概我很快也就不上了。但是現...學生因為年紀小，判斷不足，很容易忽略網路的威力。但是老師也得小心。我在這個部落格亂寫亂雜念還好，畢竟來這裡看的人總是一些...12290;所以，想像一下，今天我放...我想像臉書這樣的東西很...

Friday, July 01, 2011. 主因是N的同事的女友在這家餐廳當廚師。說到她會變廚師也是件很神奇的事。以前常為工作壓力大不高興的時候，N常說，如果妳不要工作想在家裡蹲做自己想做的事，像那誰誰誰也可以啊。這個誰誰誰就是N同事的女友，跟他同事都是名理工學院畢業，我們常常搞不清楚她到底待業在家幹什麼。兩隻大狗在家裡顧著，我們會一起玩，去吃飯，但是她好像從來沒有一分工作。雖然我猜她如果要做工程師，應該也是很厲害的。我們只知道她廚藝超精，有一陣子狂做麵包，做出來是那種法國麵包店的水準。甜點做了男友會帶到公司請同事吃，也是做得讓人吃了舌頭要化掉。 所以有一天她和男友去了這家餐廳吃飯，吃完以後她說要找主廚說話，謝謝他今晚的菜色。結果不知道她怎麼讓主廚就這樣邀請她週末去廚房見習。這大概是兩年多以前的事吧。機會大概也是給準備好的人。她買好專業廚師的全套衣服，...在這樣高級的店裡，我們七點鐘到的時候，居然已經坐了五六桌的客人&...如果你問我吃了什麼&#...
