Mineral Springs Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department. Union County, North Carolina. 1984 GMC Army surplus 1 ton pickup outfitted with a gasoline driven 18hp pump, a 125 gallon water tank, a 1 hose reel with 200’ of hose and 200’ of 1 pre-connected forestry line. Truck also carries chainsaws, fire rakes and other equipment needed to extinguish brush/grass fires. This truck is housed at Station 15. Used for brush and field fires in Station 16's response district. Carries 200 gallons of water.
