Rio Grande do Sul. TANZANIA, MNAZI BAY NORTH BLOCK. The Mnazi Bay North Block was officially acquired in May of 2008. It was the last offshore block available for acquisition in Tanzania and one of the few blocks anywhere in the world that is located in an essentially undrilled Tertiary deltaic system, especially a deltaic system with a proven petroleum system. There is existing 2D data that has been reprocessed and a new 2D and 3D Seismic campaign completed in 2011 and 2012.
