February 26, 2009. How my mother ruined my (trivia) life. Posted by pseudostoops under miscellany. Remember a few weeks ago when I shared with you that a game of pub trivia had led to the shocking revelation that four of the world’s top 10 visited sites were Disney theme parks. Well, at least that was a good trivia question, even if I found the answers outrageous. The question (“what were the top ten most visited sites in the world in 2007? One guy had, years ago, but didn’t remember much. Some...5 The o...

Tales from the Swashbuckling Scientist at Large. Monday, June 02, 2008. You might at first think this post is late for my birthday. "But Graham," you'll say, "your birthday was more than a week ago, on the 25th of May! And yes, technically, in your bithdo-fascist worldview, you'd be right. Tales from the Swashbuckling Scientist at Large. Thursday, July 31, 2008. In the city that never sleeps, I really need to. In four hours I have to wake up. I'll have to disassemble my bed, and then leave the apartment that I have spent so much time in, grown so much in, and head off to begin a new experience. As I said, new york is like a dream. Soon it will be time to wake up. So here we go, kids! Off to a new adventure! Time left in the city: oh, about three-and-a-half hours now. Approved by the Boss.

May 27, 2009. Midwestern, I guess. Posted by pseudostoops under navel gazing. Note unrelated to this post: MacBook, you are ON NOTICE. When I unplugged you from power source to start typing this post, you were fully charged. Twenty-three minutes later, you alerted me that I was now running on reserve battery power. Unacceptable. April 28, 2009. Earth Day WINNER, and why I am okay with being a loser. Posted by pseudostoops under Uncategorized. I spent this weekend in Denver, visiting my recently-relocated best friend Tribecca.
