I have now imposed a ban on the acquisition of wool, unless I have a specific project for it! So here's what's finished so far. I have made a crocheted scarf,. Spurred on by your lovely comments I've finished the master bedroom and converted what used to be the wasted space of the staircase into a dressing room. Because the carcass had half-landings built in the only way round this problem was to add a false wall in front of the landings resulting in a small but functional area. THE VICTORIAN AGE 1837 - 1901. Sunday, 19 December 2010. Snow is falling all around. Here in the UK we dont very often get a tonne of snow before xmas but this year we had it as early as Nov. I like the look of snow very pretty but hate driving in it our country just doesnt know how to handle so much of it we are not equiped the local council run out of grit etc. I think they should visit Norway or Austria where they have snow every winter.
