Thursday, August 21, 2014. Massive Infinity Terrain Part 1. There has been a lack of posts lately, my apologies. but no lack of hobby action. I'm almost finished with two more Imperial Knights (posted as soon as they are done) as well as a Warhound Titan. Got some strange looks from the cashier. Here's all the terrain I've been building. lots of manufacturers! Demo's Laser Cut Designs. Shops, and Office Building. Modern day houses, and all of the silos. Futuristic linked buildings and shipping containers.

Brian Carlson Miniatures: October 2013

The roads are 5" wide which seems to be about right for two of the Antenocitis Workshop cars to drive side by side. The "blank" tiles will be raised by one level so they're flush with the sides of the road. I'll go and pick up some textured paint to lay down, it should go pretty easy. Hopefully this will give me some quick and effective city tiles. I'm really looking forward to doing some fountains, parks, etc. Its t...

Archive for January 2008. Laquo; home page. Let’s Make History. January 30, 2008. Historical gaming has long been an active and dedicated pastime on the gaming landscape. I can recall back in my gaming infancy in the late 1970s and early 1980s seeing historical games from publishers such as Avalon Hill. Which was started in 1958 and is now a subsidiary of Wizards of the Coast. Which is – in turn – a subsidiary of Hasbro. I remember playing Panzerblitz. At my best friends house around that time. Allows pl...

Digital Wastrel: Infinity - Painting terrain
http://digitalwastrel.blogspot.com/2015/03/infinity-painting-terrain.html
Monday, 2 March 2015. Infinity - Painting terrain. One of the big things about Infinity is having a good table. For the first few demo games I was using my 40k stuff, but it wasn't a great fit. Not just aesthetically, but being different sorts of games the ruins didn't really work so well. 40k terrain is fairly abstract, but in Infinity it needs to be much more solid. Painting and stuff like that. The grime and streaks really sell the building. Nice job! 2 March 2015 at 16:53. View my complete profile.
