Trip to Newcastle 1. 上个月Dann来Sheffield找我们 这个月终于轮到我们到她住了一年多的Newcastle去走走啦 # #. 其实理应不用那么久的 可是巴士在Leeds停了一个多小时 that‘s why。 好吧 反正可以多看一个城市 当作extra bonus呗 (∩ ∩). 好痛苦的时候 还好同学身上的巧克力 及时救了我一命（夸张 :P）. Dann在巴士站接我们 还画了张纸欢迎我们 虽然看起来很随便而且spelling也错了 不过还是很有心有没有（大笑）. 第一次搭英国的metro 就像Malaysia的Star line LRT。 大家的肚子都饿了 check in住宿前先填饱肚子吧。 来到Dann极力推荐的餐厅- 双喜楼 她说这里的中餐真的很棒很棒。 虽然有些辣 不过全都好好吃 slrrp。 Girls have a thing for dessert. 这个炸鲜奶好好吃 酥酥的外皮和里面软嫩的鲜奶 没让我们失望 = =. 不管 我觉得有像 哈哈 :P.

Trip to London 3. 很衰 遇到仪式取消 所以我们那天第一个地点就是再到Buckingham Palace观看换岗仪式。 知道会有很多人 没想到真的那那那么多人 O.O. 连围墙上都站满了人ahhh (╯-╰). 所以当然的 我们没有拿到好位置观看仪式（* . *）. 骑着马维持秩序 仔细一看原来是个女的 不减英姿啊 (∩ ∩). 我们站的位置太错了 仪式都在另一个方向 我们的位置前方大多时候都是让汽车通行的 (T T). 等了一会儿 终于来了一小队 只有8个人 super小队 (╯-╰). 不过没往我们的方向走来 算了baaaa 我们决定去吃午餐好了。 用美食弥补我们小小的遗憾 /. 大家都说来到伦敦绝对不可以错过这间餐厅- Burger and Lobster. 不知是不是因为我们真的不抱期望 结果有些出乎意料 # #. 我们都比较喜欢steamed lobster 因为grilled的有股焦味 不喜欢。 有到伦敦可以试试 值得一试 (∩ ∩). 好 爱腊肠 在这里吃到腊肠怎...

Day Trip to Peak District. 和好友一直很想到peak district高处眺望山下的景色 可是peak district很大 我们不清楚该到哪个部分去。 我们买了Peak Explorer bus ticket 可以一整天无限次乘搭272号巴士。 选了巴士上层的第一排位置 好好欣赏沿路风景吧 = =. Peak District是英国首个国家公园 想远离城市的嚣华 这里绝对是个好地方。 第一个目的地是Surprise View 路程大约20分钟。 Please take your litter home with you! 别当个没公德心的人啊 (∩ ∩). 一下车迎面而来的是凉凉的微风 空气很清新 让人脑袋都醒了 # #. 这里满山都是这种紫色的植物 为这地方增添了几分柔和 看起来更迷人了。 在较高处的景观 现实中的美多了 # #. 还好当天天气很好 天空很蓝 可是却不会太晒 太棒了 (∩ ∩). 8217;‘ 你们够了hor. 收到了你满满的关心和爱心 谢谢你 # #.

Monday, March 29, 2010. 喝汽水除了會致肥外，最近有一項以華人做對象的研究發現，每週喝兩杯或更多汽水的人，患上胰臟 癌的風險比沒有這習慣的人高出87%。 報告研究了生活在新加坡的華人經常飲用汽水和果汁與罹患胰臟癌的關係，資料包括他們飲汽水、果 汁以及進食其他食物的習慣。 調查的數據時間長達15年。在研究開始之時，9.7%的人每週最少飲2杯汽水，而10.2%人 每週最少飲2杯果汁。 在14年後，受訪的逾64萬人中有140人患上了胰臟癌，當中以每週飲2杯汽水或以上者患胰臟 癌風險最高。即使將吸煙、卡路里攝取量、第2型糖尿病等因素計算在內，研究仍顯示汽水是導致胰臟癌出現的單一高風險因素。 研究人員解釋，糖份會令胰島素在體內的水平上升，令癌細胞增長的風險增加。 這研究並沒有將飲用果汁和胰臟癌風險增加拉上關係，報告作者指出，其中一個原因是這研究中的受 訪者只有少數飲果汁，難以計算果汁和胰臟癌的關係。 Source : http:/ www.sinchew.com.my/node/154666?
