In the middle of the dromos a shallow square pit measuring 1.10 m by 0.70 m was discovered. It is not known whether or not the pit, which had been cut into the soft rock, had been used for a burial as it was empty. Is located on a low hill near the sea and 1.9 kilometres south west of Ayia Triada and therefore also very close to Phaistos.
