http://passage-to-japan.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
A blog about history and politics with a general focus on Japan. Sunday, November 26, 2006. Next year in Japan. Now in defense I have to say that not since 7th grade have any of my English teachers ever tried to teach grammar. But this year my speech writing teacher has given a whole workshop on English grammar and nuances. So at least I think I have a better grasp of all the rhymes and reasons than ever before. For some it's unremarkable, but for others. Saturday, November 25, 2006. Me, Tomoe, and Manako.

Passage to Japan:: Update
http://passage-to-japan.blogspot.com/2007/05/update.html
A blog about history and politics with a general focus on Japan. Saturday, May 19, 2007. Hello again. It seems that life has not been kind to me in parceling out much free time for me to write much in my blog. But now there is only 1 week left until I graduate high school. This also means there is less than 3 months until I leave for Japan for a 10 month stay with a host family while doing intensive language study at a Japanese high school. You must be excited! Passage to Japan:: My first academic essay in Japanese
http://passage-to-japan.blogspot.com/2007/05/my-first-academic-essay-in-japanese.html
A blog about history and politics with a general focus on Japan. Saturday, May 19, 2007. My first academic essay in Japanese.

A blog about history and politics with a general focus on Japan. Thursday, May 7, 2009. I'm back. Why did I go? It has been a long time since I have tried writing anything on this blog, but it’s a good time as any to start writing again! Although by the end of my year there I had become accepted by classmates and school in such a way that I felt like I truly belonged in my environment as opposed to how difficult school life was when I first came to Japan.
