Tuesday, November 28, 2006. 3 Good Things Random Acts of Kindness. The random acts of kindness? Well I kind of do that everyday before this experiment. However, if we think before we act, it is no longer random. Thus these things should come to us like reflexes. Habits do not work. Posted by Maytee at 7:25 PM. Wednesday, December 06, 2006. Dec6: 3 random acts of kindness. I think the 3 acts of kindness really made me feel better after a longggg day. 1 i expressed my gratitude to my friend for waiting for me when everybody left. hehe. 2 i helped someone revise an essay. /. 3 i stayed with my friend who was working lateee into the night even though i had no work. lol. Tuesday, November 28, 2006. Three good things: how i felt*. Last night before I fell asleep I thought back to the past 24 hours and found a few things that made me happy =). Mranthony taught us ways to increase our levels of happiness and we were all enthusiastic about it we found our signature strengths which were really interesting and looked at others'. Chem test wasn't too hard; i think i did well :D. We went out to a nice restaurant for dinner instead of staying home :D. Thinking things through and ...
