Support me on Patreon! I do know what it's like to wait for a game you have high hopes for. I mentioned Hizashi no Naka no Real here previously on the blog, and talked a little bit about its sequel Skyrocket. I've been waiting for that game for about 7 years now, and at least once a week I check the progress on the game over on the developer's blog. And in the huge thread over at Hongfire. Seriously though, I really am doing my best. Hope to have more exciting stuff to share soon. AW's Writings and Games.

Emily and Victoria now both have their own proper Facebook pages (in-game), where they'll post updates that reflect what's going on in the game! New Features In Homecoming. First of all, thank you for voting on me and. In the Erin awards! Since it's been a while since my last post, I thought I'd give you an update on where I'm at with development. I've decided to redo much of the game design and mechanics since th...

Support me on Patreon! The Software Release Cycle. So according to Wikipedia. So starting from the top, what's a Pre-alpha? Pre-alpha refers to all activities performed during the software project before testing. But as authors are constantly trying out the different things they apply, e.g. testing the content, I guess we're not really ever in Pre-alpha. So let's strike that off the list. How about Alpha? Why is this important? Is right now somewhere in between Beta and Release Candidate. That basica...

Support me on Patreon! Work has finally begun on a demo of. As was the case with the first game, the demo will only display a small part of the final game and function as a teaser. I can't say when the demo will be out as I have literally no idea how much time and energy I'll be able to devote to this project. Regardless, it's good to be back! Immersion Upgrade - Palmer's AIF Chronicles

Support me on Patreon! Four new screenshots continuing on the topic of new features in. Emily and Victoria now both have their own proper Facebook pages (in-game), where they'll post updates that reflect what's going on in the game! Very interesting, but surely not a simple feature to add (if the game is short is a thing but larger it is most difficult becomes). I'm not sure how this idea will result, but I'm very curious and think that your style is adapt for this system. This is some next level shit!

Support me on Patreon! No I'd much rather focus on adding stuff like the bonus scene I've talked about previously. So I guess the good news is that all the examine options are now working properly. At least they are for me; the beta testers haven't tested this new system yet. The same goes for all current dialogues in the game, which use the same system of "one task/one window, many tabs with seperate restrictions". So what was happening? ESA Has Entered Beta! So, tomorrow I'll send the beta out to a few...

Support me on Patreon! 360 Hours of Emily. The picture is kind of a big thing for me when it comes to small milestones; there are no more items in the game marked TODO! That sounds really good on paper, but doesn't mean the game is complete (I'm doing my best! It does however mean that all dialogues and a few more items that I had in mind for version 1 are finished and implemented, and unless the beta testers’ feedback say otherwise, no more will be added. Support me on Patreon! Small concept demo of Homecoming. Don't forget to disable auto correct (Edit menu). Type status to see the various point systems used (also visible in the status bar). Oh, and there's probably a millon bugs and loose ends (meaning some actions won't work or have no consequence.) Just ignore them if possible. There's also no discernible "end" to this concept demo; i.e the game telling you "end of concept demo.". Wow very nice. and very complex. Glad you liked it! I was expecting no ...

Over-Analysing AIF: Review: Coffee Date by Lamont Sanford
http://overanalysingaif.blogspot.com/2015/03/review-coffee-date-by-lamont-sanford.html
Because too much is never enough. March 20, 2015. Review: Coffee Date by Lamont Sanford. March has been an exceptionally busy month for AIF, with one game being released after another. First there was The Lost Hound. And a Hail to the King. Prologue from Minterlint (which I haven't gotten around to playing yet), and now Coffee Date. When I opened up Coffee Date. Is heavily graphical (with around 650 images) and in several places images are displayed instead of actually describing the scene. Making al...
