Oh, how different would it be if I have not signed? Where can I go with this miserable amount? Is this all I get". Many will be disppointed. Many will only know the effect of enbloc payout comes 3pm. There will be so many questions to ask. "Where is the money? Return to bank." "Back in your CPF". I am very sure many will not celebrate.
