A difference between puff pasty and phyllo dough! 1 sheet frozen prepared puff pastry, 11 x 17 inches, defrosted. 1 wheel brie cheese, about 5-inches round.

It looked good to me but I decided to make some changes to it and it worked out perfect! I would say try it both ways and see which you like better. This recipe comes from Vegan Banana Oat Cookies. But like I do with most recipes I changed it up a bit. Vegan Banana Oat Cookies. 1 1/2 cups flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/3 cup oil, plus 1 teaspoon oil. 2 bananas, mashed. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 2 1/2 cups of oats. 1/4 Cup Canola Oil.
