Minutes To MilesSaturday, September 13, 2014. I tried oats today before my long run, I was inspired by this awesome blog post over at Fannetasticfood.com. Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal with almond milk! I chopped up my trader joe's twizzlers and wrapped them up to take on the long run with me. I knew i'd need some sugar to keep me going past and hour, thankfully it was a success and hit the spot! What do you pack for long runs? So here's the reacap 1:11 for almost 8mi, in the pouring rain! I saw that big guy as I was walking home.
