To the ever lovely pip at 'meet me at mikes'. Its such a great idea, and pip does such a great job of collecting and displaying all the softies before they go out to awesome kids just in time for christmas. 最近在商场的Pop Up Stall买了两个闹钟。选择这两个闹钟是因为它们不只造型可爱，而且还是静音的，更重要的是配合学校开学有半价促销，一个才九块澳元。 正当对自己‘拾到宝’而感到粘粘自喜的时候，有一个闹钟在使用后的两个星期开始滴答滴答响，声音在夜深人静的时刻更是明显。在澳洲购物除非有明文规定售后不得退换，大部分东西买了过后消费者若觉得不满意是可以退换的。我于是发了一封电邮给该公司，询问退换事宜。 面包超人当初已经有警告过我不要在Pop Up Stall买东西，由于没有正式店面，购买后若货品有什么问题很难退换。当时我心想这品牌虽然没有实体店面，但该公司所卖的文具口碑一向不错，杰仁也收过朋友送的这品牌文具，感觉上品质真的很好。所以当时我就这样买了两个闹钟。 发了第一封电邮后，眼看三天后都没有回应，我就再重发一封，还上该品牌的脸书发私讯。隔天就在脸书收到回复，对方说对我的遭遇感到非常抱歉，要求我录下闹钟杂音的片段发送给他们，收到后他们就会快递新的闹钟给我。我照做了。 Links to this post. 视频记录 (07) - 劳动节淘金去 Exploring Bendigo In A Day.
