Little Zoe Hope was born at 23 weeks gestation on the 31st of December 2010 at 8.22pm, she weighed in at 550g and is 28.5cm long with a head circumference of 21cm. Saturday, July 2, 2011. Zoe Hope now weighs 3.39 kg. She has had a check up by her paediatrician. And all is going well. She has grown another 2 c m. And is now 49cm long. (She still looks so small). Home weeks 12 /13. Please pray for Zoe to continue to put weight on. She is still very small. Today she weights 3.56kg.
