Welcome to Miracle House, Des Plaines. Resident Manager Job Description (pdf). Miracle House Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit facility founded in 1994. Our primary purpose is to help women age 18 years and older in their recovery from addiction using the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. We offer a three month live-in program in a warm, nurturing environment. We also offer Alcoholic Anonymous meetings to hundreds from the community six days per week. Miracle House Des Plaines.
