Wednesday, October 6, 2010. Ron's team likes to go to the pumpkin patch in the fall for a team offsite. We went last year ( see post here. Under the tent waiting for everyone. In the maze. Connor did really well! He's been picking up more of the signs from the Signing Times DVD's. Here's he's saying "Let's Go already! Suzie and son (Ron's coworker). Dave and pumpkins. (Ron's coworker and friend from the ward). On the hay ride. We found the biggest pumpkin we could. More on the carving later. :).

Happy Trails: OMSI with mom's coworkers
http://imbritney.blogspot.com/2010/11/omsi-with-moms-coworkers.html
Sunday, November 21, 2010. OMSI with mom's coworkers. Intel tries to enable a work/life balance by having fun offsites with family and friends. We went to OMSI and watched the underwater sea life Omni-Max movie. Connor lasted almost the entire 45 minutes! He's getting to be such a big boy! In the infant room, looking through the fish tank. He loves fish! In the eagle's nest. Connor loved chasing the light in the hallway that says "OMSI". :). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Wednesday, February 24, 2010. The cats were ready for their new friend. If you look closely you can see the clear Soft-Paws. That Adrianne is sporting - Kitty is de-clawed so I didn't want him to have a terrible disadvantage). And, surprisingly the cats are taking the new addition rather well. We've found that Kitty's favorite game, though, is "find that cat! And he is very good at it. He has been very quiet, so it makes it difficult! I look under the bed - False Alarm! It's Anna's favorite spider. Then,...

Happy Trails: May 2010
http://imbritney.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 31, 2010. We're building a second home in Brinnon, WA - A tiny little town on the West side of the Hood Canal. It's much less populated because it's *that* much harder to get to it from Seattle. But, it makes a great destination location for people that like to do outdoorsy kind of things. Brinnon's one claim to fame (for now, until the resort is built) is Shrimp Fest, which happens every year on Memorial Day weekend. We've been there for it before but I haven't blogged about it until now.

Life With Liam: January 2010
http://autismtales.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Thoughts and stories about the challenges and triumphs of raising a child with autism. Friday, January 22, 2010. Reflections on a Year Gone By…. Much of the time I feel like I quickly grow used to Liam’s accomplishments, which then become his new baseline of functioning. When I look back and really think about how he’s grown over the past year, it’s really quite remarkable! He still needs to work on starting and stopping – but he is riding and loving it! Doctor this year and found a very autism DAN!

Thoughts and stories about the challenges and triumphs of raising a child with autism. Wednesday, May 5, 2010. Skating, let’s go now. Zamboni (almost as cool as an auger). May I have a piece of gluten free bread please? Not sure where he learned that). Elevator (could ride it all day). Escalator (wonders why we can’t have one in our house). Will you please help me put my roller blades on so I can skate through the house? It’s poop in there:. I see some dog poop on the ground. Go skaning (with hitting)?
