What are issues pertaining to my condo at Mirage Park that I need to be aware of? Prevention : Water Damage. Know where your water shutoff valve. Is It's on the lower level of each building. If your away for any long period of time, please turn the water off to your unit. If your shutoff valve is not working, it is your responsibility to change it to a properly functioning valve. Please make sure your toilet isn't leaking, therefore wasting water. Kitchen / Bathroom Sinks. Consider metal braided hoses.
