Wednesday, February 20, 2008. This week marks an anniversary of the death of an incredible friend. I was paired up with a beautifully spirited young girl . She was 13, brown hair, incredible smile and a laugh that actually competed with mine! A year ago this week, she passed away in her sleep. It was completely unexpected. I had actually called a week before that to make plans to visit as i hadn't seen her for a couple months. A song in the musical "Wicked". To bake and thought i'd share. Work, volunteer...

Suco de meio limão. 60 g de açúcar de confeiteiro. 75 g de manteiga amolecida. 1 colher (sopa) de essência de baunilha. 1 caixinha de creme de leite. 1 vidro da geléia que você preferir (usei de amora). Bata o cream cheese, o creme de leite, o açúcar, a essência de baunilha e o limão até a mistura ficar cremosa. Na hora de servir espalhe a geléia e desenforme o cheese cake. 175gr de bolachas maria. 375gr de queijo creme.
