Life adventures through weight loss/maintenance. Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Tuesday was a great day. I was flying high on the workout endorphins from the morning marathon workout. I'm going to keep the writing to a minimum for this entry. I am toying with the idea of keeping my evening posts (which usually get posted the next morning) short and sweet. BBQ roasted broccoli and button mushrooms, pan seared tofu, topped with tomato sauce. Side to my lunch. Carrots and red pepper with roasted red pepper hummus.

Basically we have a bunch of teams of local businesses who are joining us for bowling and have so far raised 17K online for our agency to provide for children. How fantastic is that. My day gets better. Because I will be working until after 9pm, I didn't get to work until noon. I slept in until 7:15am! Last run 5.3k = 39.53 mins. Kevin...

Sadly work required him to have it shaved all off for several projects he will be working on over the summer. But seriously, the last 6 months or so, poor Kevin has been subjected to some pretty dramatic mood swings. I go from my normal happy go lucky positive outlook-self to overly clingy, to crying (.
