My name is Miranda Crohan and I am 18 years old. This is the story behind Miranda's Merry Mission. When I was 18 months old, I was diagnosed with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis ( LCH ), a rare life-threatening autoimmune disease. I underwent chemotherapy for five years and had five surgeries, and have been disease-free since I was 7 years old.
