Friday, May 14, 2010. It's amazing how one minute you're not and the next you are. The title of mother is granted in an instant with the first meeting. The stealing of your heart doesn't take much longer. There's an incredulous moment of, this is really flesh of my flesh. Then the instinct to nurture, to hold, to protect and to teach kick in and you're caught. You not only hold the title but you embrace it and enlarge it. Mike still has a four unit internship to finish and Jess found out that she was 1 unit short and has been trying to rectify the problem for the past three weeks. Posted by Tom and Nan.
