As soon as our deal was starting to fall apart our realtor contacted these other buyers and they were still looking, though half heartedly negotiating on another house, they really wanted a chance at ours. The offer was not as good, but we really felt like this was our chance to keep moving forward and how many times do you have a back up buyer the day your deal falls apart? Oh and by the way, they wanted to close in 2 weeks (July 17)! Im so happ...

Sunday, November 30, 2008. Bobbie and Alan (Brian's mom and her husband) came and shared Thanksgiving with us. It was nice and quaint. The luxury of only having a few of you is that it is so very laid back and relaxed. We cooked in our pajamas, ate in our pajamas and later that evening changed into clean pajamas for bed! Brian fried our turkey, he did a great job.I am very proud of him for researching it and being cautious so everything went very smoothly, no accidents to report! Posted by Momma to 3.

Wednesday, August 19, 2009. Ok, I know it has been a while, but I have a great excuse! We love our new home. It has felt like home since the first night. It seems to be perfect in size (not too big, not too small) and love the floor plan! The kids love the yard and the swing set, getting them in is like pulling teeth! Baby Cale is the worst. We are homeschooling full-time this year. We started on Monday! So far, so good! Brian's job is going well, he is loving working from home! Posted by Momma to 3.

Tuesday, June 30, 2009. We have sold our house! We are in our 10 day option period (Texas thing) and the buyers can back out for any reason and only loose $100! It will end on Saturday, July 4! Keep praying all is moving forward. We really believe God has orchestrated all of this and know we are in His hands throughout this and have to continue to trust Him! Posted by Momma to 3. Thursday, June 18, 2009. Day 4 on the market. Today was a busy day of showings.we had 4 total! One already responded and said the house was not for them. Out of 7 showings 3 are "considering" it, one of those three are not in a hurry and another one may want to bring her husband back next week.
