Home is.Anywhere we park our camper! Come join us on our adventures across this beautiful country! Eight years ago we embarked on a new adventure.traveling all over America in our Dodge Ram truck pulling a 30' travel trailer (with no slides)! After 5 years, we "upgraded" to a 35' travel trailer (with 2 slideout rooms)! We've been from coast to coast and still have not seen all we want to see. With God's blessings, we are still at it! RC's World: August 2015
http://rcsworld.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
My life verse- "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you." Matthew 6:33. Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Teagan: End of Summer Update. What a great summer for Teagan! Teagan absolutely loves in and can be found eating it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.not the same day of course. They actually slept pretty good as well, although Teagan napped very little. The biggest issue was just the whole concept of going places. Hills, especially steep ones, aren...Our o...

My life verse- "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you." Matthew 6:33. Thursday, November 27, 2008. What I'm Thankful for. 1 Jesus Christ and my relationship with him. No matter how far I stray, he always let's me come back. 2 My husband who is a wonderful father to my children and an unconditional lover of me. 3 My two little boys who never stop loving and laughing. 4 My wonderful family who know what it means to be a family. I can't answer that ques...

My life verse- "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you." Matthew 6:33. Monday, August 10, 2015. Raiden: End of Summer Update. Raiden had a great week at SMBC. He really enjoyed the pool as always. A few weeks after camp, Raiden said, "Mom, how old do you have to be to work at South Mountain? Raiden and Mom selfie. Raiden was excited about his dew rag. Raiden in his practice uniform. The biggest event of the summer that Raiden counted down to was footb...

Teach with the End in Mind: Crying at the sight of a Uhaul full of dreams
http://teachwiththeendinmind.blogspot.com/2013/08/crying-at-sight-of-uhaul-full-of-dreams.html
Teach with the End in Mind. Saturday, August 17, 2013. Crying at the sight of a Uhaul full of dreams. It has been almost three months since the Uhaul pulled out of my driveway. I managed to keep my smile until I could no longer see the car and trailer. I had forced a smile and promised myself "no tears" on this exciting day- my youngest heading out on a great adventure. But sobs racked my body as I stumbled up the stairs and fell into the recliner where I call on my Father every morning. And then He ende...

Teach with the End in Mind: February 2010
http://teachwiththeendinmind.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Teach with the End in Mind. Friday, February 5, 2010. I have a new understanding of mothers across the centuries whose sons have left to serve their country or a cause. It is a mix of sadness and pride. Every day this week my son Ryan reported for duty in his uniform to an Air Force Commander. He isn't always sure from day to day what will be required of him. He only knows he will do whatever he is asked to do"as a good soldier". Endure hardship with us like a good solider of Christ Jesus.".

Teach with the End in Mind: A Sharpened Perspective from a traumatized Brain
http://teachwiththeendinmind.blogspot.com/2011/06/sharpened-perspective-from-traumatized.html
Teach with the End in Mind. Friday, June 10, 2011. A Sharpened Perspective from a traumatized Brain. Two months ago today many things in my life changed. I am grateful to God that my life was built on a rock, a fortress that NEVER changes- Jesus Christ. One of our verses from our church's summer session scriptures this week spoke anew to me. Matthew 6:34. "Therefore do not be anxious for tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of it's own.". 160;A grateful gaylin.

Teach with the End in Mind: June 2010

Teach with the End in Mind. Thursday, June 17, 2010. I have been practicing the art of RELEASE. All this year- especially with my sons. First Ryan left for the military, and now Kevin is in Africa for the summer. The dictionary makes it sound like a simple thing: release- to set at liberty. So, my new word is RELISH. To regard with great pleasure or approval. Our expectations of what our lives "should be" and follow His lead into the future He has envisioned for us! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Disciple o...
