Before my friends jump onto the band wagon to ask who has broke into my account and impersonated me, it IS me. I don't consider myself overweight but I have to accept my wife's learned opinion and accept that I cannot eat whatever I want every single day if I don't want to turn into an Oompa-Loompa. I will be jogging following the pre-training programme designed for non runners from the book The Non-Runner's Marathon Trainer by David Whitsett. I will be going to the gym at least once a week on top of ths.

Living in a foreign country has opened my eyes to things I would not have experienced by living in the shelter of the States. Living in a foreign country has changed me for the rest of my life. I will never again see things like my neighbors do. I have become proud of things I did not appreciate in the past, I tend to hide from things I used to be proud of. News means Global and not local.
