Public, like a frog - I and You. May 13th, 2009. 09:09 pm - public, like a frog. I will make plenty of public posts for casual readers. But my closer life is for real friends. I am eliminating hatred, snobbery, judgmentalism, and. nastiness as I can, as I gratefully renew my life, Baruch HaShem for giving me life. My gates are always open: who am I to shut doors on someone so much like me? I have a system! I have so much to do, and I will do it. Page 1 of 2. May 14th, 2009 04:12 am (UTC). I hope you got ...

For Coco - wax tulips and paper tigers
http://velvetdahlia.livejournal.com/439025.html
Wax tulips and paper tigers. October 26th, 2009. I am lusting after those shoes- I found them after our discussion on besizened about demoralizing footwear. Apparently they have removable insoles so you can put in your own orthotics. They have them at one place in the UK, but only in basic colors- not the cute patterns. 2009-10-26 02:40 pm (UTC). I want the shoes too! 2009-10-26 03:43 pm (UTC). I'm drooling over the jacket. 2009-10-28 09:26 am (UTC). 2009-10-26 05:06 pm (UTC). 2009-10-28 09:26 am (UTC).

Il Sonno Poeta - Kambriel. November 26th, 2014. 03:48 pm - Il Sonno Poeta. Evoking a sense of timeless mystery, and everyday magic (aka, that time I got Neil to wear a cape). Photos of Neil Gaiman. Design shown: Black Wool Wrap. This shoot was an absolute blast (more images forthcoming on Twitter. With Neil being such a willing spirit to my odd whims and much tea, hugs, sinister Victorian-esque plottings, and laughter was shared that day. Where it's also available in black, black, and. black ). December ...

Tales of Traveling Goths: London-Bound - THEME: Local Gothic Scenes Exposed. 08 May 2011 @ 01:29 pm. Tales of Traveling Goths: London-Bound. Hello, all. It's been quiet here of late. In a couple of weeks I am going to London for the first time in a decade; I'm long overdue for a visit. I would be delighted and grateful if any locals would be willing to recommend good club nights, places to go, recommended goth-friendly cafes/ea shops/restaurants, or must-sees in the area. 8 comments Leave a comment.

The last time I updated this was the summer of 2011. A lot has - I was in a car crash, or was it the war? June 18th, 2013. The last time I updated this was the summer of 2011. A lot has changed since then. I finally got to attend re-training for the Oregon National Guard. I spent about six months between Biloxi, Mississippi and Astoria, Oregon. It's not really what I wanted, but the money was nice. Well, I pulled it off, although it involved a few sleepovers with some very strange women I met from a cert...

Musings on A Symbol of Oppression - Synchronicity swirls and other foolishness. My rpg writing site. June 23rd, 2015. 10:37 pm - Musings on A Symbol of Oppression. If you ever hear anyone defend the Confederate flag or claim that the 1861 Slavers' Rebellion (aka the "Civil War") was about "state's rights" or in fact about anything other than the bold-faced defense of slavery, tell them to read this excellent article by Ta-Nehisi Coates. Jobs are hard... - Blessed

A Day in the Life of Me. May 14th, 2010 at 5:35 PM. Sometimes, my job is tough. For instance:. Situation #1: I worked with a woman last week. She's not from America (or from any culture that puts women on anywhere near an equal playing field with men). She was raped by her husband. If she doesn't follow through with it, he goes free, and gets to do it again. He may kill her. He will certainly continue to beat her and abuse her. If she doesn't follow through with it, he gets to keep semi-stalking her and ...
