Before I start my 10 week prac, I have decided that while I should aim to achieve all the NSW Institute of Teachers’ Professional Teaching Elements, my three main goals for the next 10 weeks are Element 2, Element 4, and Element 5. Goal One: ELEMENT 2:. TEACHERS KNOW THEIR STUDENTS AND HOW THEY LEARN. Goal Two: ELEMENT 4:. TEACHERS COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH THEIR STUDENTS.
