Excuse the Starbucks cup, just recycling a water cup. 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, partially defrosted (to the point that you can just slice with a knife). 1 cup crushed ice. 1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. I like cinnamon rolls but never make them because I’m a little impatient in the morning. I don’t really want to make dough and wait an hour or so for it to rise. The solution to my impatient waiting was to use crescent rolls. All you have to do is make the filling and icing which only takes just a few minutes. Pretty simple, pretty quick and a pretty easy clean up!
