One of the best parts of taking a field trip to the ELC has to be introducing families to the area. Sunday, October 14, 2012. Let's all go to the Pumpkin Patch. Here we are in the middle of October and that meant it was time to visit our local Pumpkin Patch and farm. Our neighbors, the Bartels, live just a few miles up the road and we've been visiting their pumpkin patch since they opened. IT's free to come visit and everything else is cheap! Hay rides are a dollar, the corn maze is five and the wagon full of pumpkins and squash are usually less than ten! Posted by Miss Elaine. G for pre-k graduate.

Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Preschool in the Winter. Winter is in full force here in Colorado which means freezing one day and warm the next. We spent most of December inside with our days just a little too cold for this preschool teacher. I tell the kids that Im a wimp when it comes to cold. We've had lots of birthdays these last few months and turning 5 is a really big deal, you know! We even just celebrated a 1/2 birthday for one of our July birthday boys! Posted by Miss Elaine. Okay, so this week I have taken both Jasmine and Landon in for their well child checks.although Jasmine was still grumpy from her illness last week, she was doing fine otherwise. I have been busy cleaning out our flip in Berthoud. I also cleaned out a foreclosure home for one of Matt's investors. It was quite a job.I can't believe. How dirty some people are. Friday, October 24, 2008. 9 months old today! Look how beautiful and bright my sweet little 9 month old daughter is! Wow, I can't believe that she is 9 months old today. We went to the doctor for her check up and she is doing really, really well! I was impressed with her Stats at the doctor today. Head: 17 3/4 inches, 81%. Weight: 19 lbs 2 oz, 57%. Height: 29 3/4 inches, 99%. Sunday, October 5, 2008. Hike to Alberta Falls. Saturday, October 4, 2008. Friday, October 3, 2008. More of the beauty of fall.
