Triathlons, Fashion, Food and Fun. Wednesday, February 22, 2012. By definition willpower means self-control. So during Lent, I usually give up something, versus doing something. I feel that I should be "doing something" all the time.like being nice, not gossiping, giving to the poor. No worries, I am not turning this into some kind of religious post. One year it was meat, which ended up being too easy.so I contemplated what indulgences/loves I have. I did this two years ago and it was the hardest 6 weeks.

So out of courtesy, I pick her up at the glorious hour of 4:30am. In prep for the race, I got a mani-pedi to match my new SOAS kit and Laura came to braid my hair (I feel like a 10 year old girl saying that). All ready to go - you would think I would have a quicker T time with this set-up. At least it looks good, right!

I failed to give any update through July, August and September- so here's a short recap. I trained with friends. Running at the canal. My other "training" half. TT girls at NJ State Olympic. Big kiss to Sofie for coming out to watch mommy. And I enjoyed being a mom.check my updated Minifancypants. So fast forward to September 15th, my 39th birthday.
