Rezept auf Deutsch - Hausgemachte Bio Erdbeermarmelade. 首先預備一個清潔的碟子放進雪櫃。另預備一鍋溫水，將果醬瓶及瓶蓋座熱備用 。 將檸檬榨汁並將種子放入布袋備用。把士多啤梨洗淨，摘去葉子和切半放入鍋中。 用中火加熱士多啤梨約5分鐘，把士多啤梨部份的水份蒸發掉，然後倒入砂糖，檸檬汁和布袋並轉高火煮滾。整個過程必須輕輕地搞拌至鍋底以防燒焦。約30分鐘果醬便開始變得厚身。 用匙羹重複檢查果醬的黏度，當看到果醬能黏着匙羹而不是直溜進鍋子裡去，便可以從雪櫃拿出凍的碟子做果醬測試。 果醬測試通過後便可以裝瓶。用湯勺把果醬倒入清潔的瓶子然後封好瓶蓋。士多啤梨果醬第一階段已完成。 果醬應用玻璃器皿來盛載，而瓶蓋內部需有塑膠...
