I began taking Champix 4 days ago- and am still smoking. You set a quit date about 2 weeks after beginning the pills, and apparently you just start to detest them. Can’t wait! I’m already cut down about 40%! The insomnia started last night. Speaking of, I go to the gym daily now. I go to church and the gym often.
