Monday, August 10, 2015. Yesterday was our 13th Anniversary. Hard to believe we've been married that long! I decided to take my camera along to grab a few shots, but Samuel refused, so Caleb was the only one captured. I can't believe this kid is so big! Where did my baby go? Sunday, August 9, 2015. We're 3 weeks into homeschooling here at MAC now. This past week ended up being rather chaotic, so it resulted in doing Samuel's daily lessons at odd times. But hey, that's one of the major perks of homeschooling, right? Flexibility is the key reason why we're even interested in homeschooling, so it's nice that when unexpected chaos arises, we can easily adjust our schedule around. Friday, August 7, 2015. So, Facebook has started this option called, "On This Day." It allows you to look back at various years in the past. Most of the time, I absolutely love it! I get to look back at little baby Sam and even baby Caleb now that he's not so little anymore. However, I've been thinking about how in the months to come, I might not enjoy it as much, as it will remind me of the events in 2009. Sure enough, today was one of those days…. Sunday, October 26, 2014. With having 2 healthy boys now, I can't help but take similar shots of Caleb that I took of Samuel a few years ago. Many say they look like twins, so it's fun to see the differences. By request, here are the side by side comparisons of Caleb and Samuel in both the basket and bat costume. Smile on his face and told me that he was so proud of himself. Because he bought me the most thoughtful gift. It was this book. He said he wanted to help me because i typically say my cliches wrong.
