Here at Home!: December 2006
http://sarahjfloyd.blogspot.com/2006_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 22, 2006. School's Out for Christmas! Nothing like a room full of kids loaded on sugar and opening presents to remind you how much you. Your alone time. This week has been really crazy trying to fight the kids' anxiousness to make some learnin. I find myself wondering how teachers with kids do this job! They send their students home for the break, but then have to find the energy to go take care of their own kids! Makes me thankful for my very low maintenance dog! I got my early Christma...

Here at Home!: March 2007
http://sarahjfloyd.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 31, 2007. Update on the Phillips. Day 80 - Cold, Windy Day. It has been cold today here in Tokyo. It was so nice yesterday and I was even in my shirt sleeves. I've just sat down and am sipping some Darjeeling tea to warm me up. We visited the Fish Market at the harbor, Hamarikyu Gardens, and another temple. Now, my dad and brother are in Minnesota and South Dakota on a fun father/son fishing trip. Tuesday, June 5, 2007. In Your Own Backyard. I have really been tr...

Surviving in Searcy: WOW!!
http://survivinginsearcy.blogspot.com/2007/07/wow.html
I'm still growing up. Friday, July 20, 2007. The previous post was a very brief update on baby Ethan. God is obviously doing a great thing in this baby's life. Truly a miracle. Please look at their website. They are at day 160, and they've updated everyday, so that's alot of reading. But if you just read from a few days back you can get the gist of it. My faith is being renewed from following this story. Take a look: www.ethanpowell.com. Ok, so this has nothing to do with this post, but hello!

And it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I will be working for. This coming weekend, I will attend a women’s conference,. On Sunday, I am goin...

The Nelsons in Ukraine. Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Progressed. (The sign to the left says, "We love you, Kharkov! And the picture on the right above is of people looking at various pictures of Kharkov while it was under the German rule.)
