We recently bought a pie maker, but until today I hadn’t had a chance to try it out. I had a few things on hand, but not the ingredients for pies, so quiches were the solution. They turned out really well (as you can see in the photo above courtesy of my photographer sister! Makes 4 pie maker sized quiches. 2 x 60gm eggs. Salt and Pepper to taste.

Little Sister in Little Italy
Little Sister in Little Italy. Wednesday, January 30, 2013. I had a wonderful trip to end this journey. Went back to Venice, Bologna, Florence, Dublin, Galway, and Rome! Wow a lot to see and many pictures were taken. I will be posting them once I am home in AMERICA! These are some things I will miss about Italy the most…. My students who have been some of my closest friends over here. Will miss you all! The food that has officially ruined my future pasta and pizza dishes as home. Free water at restaurants.
