This House Spells Disaster. Monday, December 8, 2008. The Happiest Place on Earth. We finally made it to IKEA Houston to buy the rest of our furniture for the house. It was fabulous! I couldn't convince B to have lunch there, but we made do with tasty Blizzards from DQ :). Even the Happiest Place on Earth got some damage from Hurricane Ike. We got two dressers for our bedroom, a new bed frame, a TV stand (for the new flatscreen B is salivating over) and a new desk for the office. Put that boy to work!

This House Spells Disaster. Thursday, March 27, 2008. We're on our way! I know it's been a while since my last post, but as Ali put it- I didn't want to jinx the deal. But it looks like we're good to go! The house passed its inspection with flying colors. There were a few things we asked the seller to fix, and we're still negotiating those. but I think it's going to work out well. Kändes att det var ett tag sedan förra träffen eftersom att jag var helt utslagen när jag kom hem så jag somnade i soffan, haha. Idag sitter jag och tar det lugnt, mår ganska underligt i kroppen så jag funderar på om det är något virus som spökar igen. Kände mig lite förkyld förra veckan men det gick över så vi får väl se vad det är som spökar. Äsch, vi får se hur det blir med den saken. Ha en bra dag!
