Wednesday, June 10, 2009. Now that I work nights, Mark is home every night making dinner for him and the boys. I wanted to make it easier on him, so I spent an entire making 21 dinners and freezing them. There's not much to write about this, except it was so fulfilling! I managed to hit REALLY great sales when I bought all the ingredients, and it spent less than a hundred dollars on 21 meals. Last week I turned this. When it was all dry, I peeled of the tape and the letters, and voila! Books I have read.

I had to touch up the letters where the red bled under the paper, but it looks great! It was so fun to give it to him! He was so proud of it, and didn't want to leave it inside. He showed it to his sisters, "I got a stop sign, its a big one! Once his mom hung it on the wall, "it's beautiful! It says, STOP, no girls allowed" That little guy. Amy, Mike and our Girls. Thursday, February 5, 2009. A Labor of Love. I, obviously, decided not to do it in orange, but picked a beautiful baby blue flannel, which I love! I tackled MANY firsts in this quilt, which is why I have titled it a labor of love. I had never done hand-quilting before, or applique work, or embroidery. Thursday, March 4, 2010. And here are a few shots of December. The boys got new bunkbeds for Christmas, and Luke moved from the crib to the toddler bed, all in one night. It was a huge success! The boys love the bunkbeds, and Luke hasn't gotten out of bed once. Grandma Janice wrote and published a children's book this year, and here she is reading it to Kale. When Grandpa came to visit he and mark and Kale changed the brakes on the car. He was such a good helper! The big boys showing off their fall craft.

Tuesday, January 12, 2010. Disney on Ice (Princesses). It was such a fun thing to do together, and they really enjoyed every minute of it, even Mark! I didn't think enough ahead to take my good camera, so all the pictures of the actual performers are dark and unclear.). These are just a few cute pictures of Luke eating an apple.
