Saturday, May 30, 2009. What does a mom and 2 kids do in Seattle while dad is at the Mexican Consulate? Well let me show you . First they walk around Seattle and look at street art . gotta love Belltown and its diversity . from ghetto to artistic in 2 blocks. Sunday, August 8, 2010. Somewhere along the line he made some bad choices, did some drugs and got really messed up. A few years went by and then he was around again. I was probably 10-12 when he was around again. He'd still come through the neighborhood but he didn't drive anymore, he rode his bike, but still carried his guitar and hung out to sing to everyone. Tuesday, October 20, 2009. October used to be an insignificant month to me. A few family birthdays, Halloween and leaves changing color. It didn't spark any emotions, it was just.October. Another month. One step closer to Christmas and a New Year. That isn't true anymore. I don't like October, at all. In 2004 my car was stolen. This isn't a reason to hate the month, right? I mean it was just a car. A car we got back. But I felt violated and never did like my car again after that. Links to this post.

A Close Knit Family. Thursday, October 22, 2009. Last weekend we had Ella and Briana's joined birthday party. We rented them a bounce house. It was the most fun I think they have ever had. Maddie wouldn't leave her socks on, Ella couldn't stop bouncing and B was throwing herself everywhere! The kids were completely worn out and slept like rocks. It was an amazing time.
