Friday, July 27, 2012. 브라보에 장을 보러 갔다. 거의 쇼핑을 마친 시점,. 냉장 진열대 구석에 만두피가 진열되어있는 것이 아닌가! 남은 것은 다섯 팩. 두 팩은 곰팡이가 쓸었다. (만두피야 여기까지 오는 길 너무 먼 여정이었니? 세 팩 다 살까 말까, 만두를 이렇게나 많이 먹을까 안 먹을까,. 고민하고 있었는데 그 날따라 브라보에서 중국인 총회라도 열리는 분위기였다. 괜히 지금 아니면 never일 것 만같아 다 사들고 집으로 왔다. 그리고 나는 명륜동의 유명한 만두 가게를 떠올리며 열심히 만두를 빚었다. 만두 36개를 빚을 수 있었다. 양배추 6장, 양파 작은 것 1개, 쪽파 2대, 당면 70g, 다진 돼지고기 150g, 후추. 소금 2작은술, 설탕 1큰술, 간장 2작은술, 참기름 2작은술, 깨소금 1큰술, 굴소스 2작은술. 이미 스무개쯤 빚고 난 다음에 사진을 찍은 터라 만두 소가 조금 빈약해 보인다. 1 양배추, 양파, 쪽파는 잘게 썰어 소금을 뿌려둔다. 새로운 모양 시도 1.

La feria del libro. 오늘은 마지막 주 금요일 체험학습 가는 날. 선생님이 월요일부터 우리는 feria del libro에 갈꺼라고 하셨는데. 어째서일까 난 사전을 찾아 볼 생각도 하지 않고 그냥 대형 서점이라고 이해했다. 얼마나 대단한 서점이길래 지하철까지 타고 가 보는 거지? 아무튼 산토도밍고에서 처음으로 지하철을 타 보았다. 타기 전에 웬만하면 귀금속을 다 빼라고 했다. 아직 1호선 밖에 없다. 방화 보단 단순 금품 갈취가 훨씬 많을 것 같은데 아무튼 소화기도 비치되어있음. 학교 근처 지하철 역. 나도 예전처럼 지하철로 통학하고 싶다. 새로 만들어져서인지 매우 깨끗하다. 그러나 물 청소해놓은 곳을 밟으면 욕을 바가지로 먹는다. 운행시간 전에 미리 청소해 놓으면 좋을것을. 그렇게 이른 시간은 현지인에게도 위험한 것인가? 도미니카 공화국에서 보기 힘든 최신식 시설. 열차는 작은 편이 아니지만 역사안은 그다지 넓지 않다. 산토 도밍고에서 ...

Tuesday, April 2, 2013. 생일은 발란사 식구들과 함께. 루오는 오픈한지 얼마 안된 일본 음식점. 부경대 정문 맞은편 GS25 골목 안으로 쭈-욱 들어가면 찾을 수 있다. 몇 주 전에 가보자 얘기했을 땐 조금 귀찮아하던 사람들ㅋㅋㅋ 생일이니까 나한테 다 맞춰줌. 스페인어 회화 시간에 말을 너무 열심히 해서 배가 고프다. 메뉴 결정권 역시 쥐고 있는 생일者가 주문한 크림 새우. 다들 사진 찍느라 난리남. 새우살이 뽀독뽀독 오동통통한게 맛이가 좋아. 코코넛 가루를 입힌건가 튀김옷이 색다르다. 고수풀도 같이 나오므로 싫어하는 사람은 함부로 집어 먹지 말 것. 전라도 소금을 넣어 끓인 탕이라며 남편이 시켜준 메뉴. 자정에 문을 닫는다고 해서 급하게 또 하나 시켰다. 마음 급해서 몇 잔씩 마신 건지 알 수 없음. 후다닥 계산하고 나와서 뱅뱅 돌다 결국 와라와라로 와라. 녹지 않고 기다려준 아이스크림 케이크. 쿨쿨 잘 자고 일어나니 남편이 3분 미역국으로 생일상을 차려줬다. 90년대에 유행하던...

Ted Nugent / Storm Troopin live in 1977. Everyday is good day. Eun-Bi just came to Busan by herself. Surfing in early morning. My wife made this fried rice. I don't know how to call this but soooooo good. Bull dog incense chamber. Playing bowling at 1:00 AM. Another day in 'Day surf'. Day3 in Guam / Dolphin Tour. Day2 in Guam / Rent car travel to South. Day 2 was kind of cloudy but we couldn't hesitate to go out. Let's go down to south part of Guam! Country man for day 2. This place was so great.

Busan Firework Festival 2013. Beyond Garage' in Busan. Beyond Garage' is another space from 'Antidote' and 'Go south' shop in Busan. It was real garage in the past but now it has changed for sub-culture show room and stage of music or art. It is still on-going process in construction but there was small opening event for hoods. London Day2-2. / Tate Modern museum. There was big China town near the theater. We were lucky to see this musical. Couldn't take the picture of show but even I could have it,. It is hard to describe how amazing it was. I still like the original movie more but it was best part of trip in London to me. We had to have some coffee break to use Wi-fi and hide from cold weather. One day bike tour to Gan-Jeol Got, Ulsan. It was so nice Saturday for ride. I met my buddy Jeong Yup ( SwellMob09. And we both filled up gas before we started. Riding about 40 min., we could meet with beautiful sea side called Gan-Jeol Got. You can check more information of this area with that link). Still feel like I can smell it. There's big post box and you can actually put some into it. Even though it was nice weather, the wind still kind of chilly. So we had to have some hot coffee. Time 2 go back.
