Sunday, April 29, 2012. Yesterday, I spent several hours learning how to paint with watercolors from Art About Town. I am not artsy, so the fact that they could get this kind of work out of me was pretty amazing. I'm OK, and I don't think I'll ever be spectacular. This photo is from Quintessential in St. Charles, which was my fourth show. It was for charity - Wounded Warriors. Im hauseigenen Teich ist nicht nur eine wilkommene Abwechslung für uns und unsere Jungpferde sondern auch eine wahre Wohltat bei den aktuellen Temperaturen. Das übliche Trainingsprogramm hat bei der Hitze jetzt mal Pause und wir verwöhnen unsere Pferde mit regelmäßigem Baden im Teich und/oder Duschen und natürlich einem anschließenden ausgiebigen Sandbad in der Reithalle. Herrrrrrrrlich! Schön, wenn man den Pferden auch mal was zurückgeben kann .). Es war ein Mega-Event. Wir werden dich nie vergessen!
