Phantom Chicken Farm: July 2011
http://phantomchickenfarm.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
An experiment in self-sufficiency, urban home-steading, and spousal patience. Sunday, July 31, 2011. The summer of our dissapointment. We might have had unrealistic goals for our situation. Diversifying the animal side of the enterprise, expanding the garden by a factor of 10 and moving into a new, smaller home was alot to bite off. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Phantom Chicken Farm: June 2011
http://phantomchickenfarm.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
An experiment in self-sufficiency, urban home-steading, and spousal patience. Wednesday, June 8, 2011. The first half of June. We lost alot of our tomato plants to a freak frost on May 1 and 2. But we have replanted and the plants have either little blooms or tiny tomaotes. It feels like something positive after the set back of the frost. We have carrots, beans and melons all planted and plants are sprouting. Accomplishments! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). How to be a Tudor by Ruth Goodman.

An experiment in self-sufficiency, urban home-steading, and spousal patience. Friday, November 26, 2010. Lula , we will miss you. Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Anybody still out there? So , I have been a horribly neglectful blogger of late. I would love to blame it on my off the farm job, or the stuff going on at the farm itself, but the truth is that I haven't made time for it. So, if you want really good references of urban farms check out the bloggroll. In the meantime enjoy my latest online obsession.
