February 12, 2012. May 19, 2016. In order to start a new healthy living you need to plan and have the right items available to you. First things first Water, Water, Water, and more Water! 80 ounces of water for women and 120 for men! If you exercise you need to compensate for water loss. At least extra 12 ounces before and after the workout. Also caffeine is a no, no but if it is a must drink an additional 8 ounces for each caffeine beverage you have. Alright need to work away from Alcohol and Caffeine!

January 10, 2015. August 25, 2015. Another New Year, time for resolutions and new plans, commitments. Lots of folks pile into the gym spend money on the new diet fad and work out clothes. However did you look at last years resolutions first did you make those goals? Are you going to make the same mistake over and over again. Are things going to be different? My Goals for 2015. What Will Your Husband Be Like In 50 Years? In 50 Years What Will Your Spouse Be Like? Think about it…They say the old phrase behind every great man is a great woman. I like to think I took good care of my husband. I tried to prevent a few things. At least keep out of harms way. If I can feed him…. So I’m 30 and wondering have I accomplished what I wanted? Did I do all the right things? Do I have a good job? Am I in a good marriage? Is my child happy? I’m a happy with myself? Am I eating good?

August 4, 2015. May 19, 2016. After quite some time off I am back up and running and much has changed! My son is nearly 2 and half, I am much healthier I am down over 100 lbs. Hi, my name is Melanie Penney. I'm a User Researcher and User Experience Designer. I’m in the in Human Centered Design and Engineering master’s program at UW.
