I woke up at 6am, then got prepare to go jogging, but bad thing always happen when you have full of hope, it was raining at the morning, and I think better not to jog, otherwise I might get sick. Then call up Lovely to have a little chat, again I miss her very much. Breakfast: Passion Fruit Yogurt with Cereal. Lunch: Spaghetti Aglio Olio.

Today I got my medical report, first time doing full body checkup and really upset me when I saw the result.
