I’ve had 20 physical therapy treatments now, and I can honestly say that every single time I think it’s going to get better, they give me a new stretch or exercise that makes it hurt just as much or more as it did before. If I weren’t making progress, I’d probably sink into a deep, deep depression. I certainly would stop going to physical therapy. Flexion – Started at 111 degrees. Currently at 165 degrees. Goal is 180 degrees. January 2, 2013.
