Dry Fruits - Kaju , Badam , Kismis. Grated Dry Coconut ( Khobra ) ½ Cup. 1 Pour 1 Litre Milk in Pressure Cooker and add 1 small cup of Basmati Rice . 2 Keep the Pressure Cooker on High Flame till 6 whistles ( Note : - Keep a small steel cup. Inverted on the whistle as the milk might blow out of the Whistle ).

Saturday, January 29, 2011. 5 cups coconut milk. 1 cup boiled milk. 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder. 5 pistachios crushed coarsely. 10 almonds crushed coarsely. 1 Bring to boil the coconut milk. 2 Add rice, and let it cook fully. 3 Add boiled milk. 4 Let the mixture be semi-solid. 5 Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves. 6 Add remaining ingredients. Saturday, January 29, 2011. 2 cup Carrot(Gajar), peeled and grated. 4 tbs Grain Rice. 1 tsp Rose water. 1/4 cup Pistachios, chopped. 1 Take a saucepan and pour milk and rice. 2 Bring it to boil and keep the heat moderate and stir it. Keep it on heat for 20 minutes. 3 Add carrots and heat it for another 15 minutes uncovered. Add sugar and almonds and cook. Add pistachios to gajar kheer and serve it cool.

Saturday, January 29, 2011. 1/2 cup fine vermicelli broken to 1" bits. 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder. 15-20 strands of saffron, crushed in 1 tsp. hot milk. 10 almonds, blanched and thinly slivered. 10 pistachios, unsalted, thinly slivered. Heat ghee in a heavy deep pan. Add broken vermicelli, stir till lightly roasted. Add hot milk, stir gently to bring to a boil. Reduce heat allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

Saturday, January 29, 2011. 3/4 stick of butter. 1/4 cup of sugar. 1 cup of all purpose flour. 1/2 tsp of cardamom. 1/4 cup of almonds. 1/4 cup of cashews. 1/4 tbsp of baking powder. Add butter, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and blend it very well. To the mixture add powdered cardamom and add flour little by little so that it blends properly. To this add powdered almonds and cashews and mix it again.
