Friday, February 27, 2009. Valentine's Day and "FUN"-due. We celebrated Valentine's this year with a fondue dinner, which we now refer to as FUN-due. Thanks to my good friend, Kim, for letting us borrow her fondue pots (ALL three of them)! I'm not sure if it is clear from the picture, but we had chicken and steak fondue and bread with cheese fondue. We were so full we never did get around to the dessert fondue. Friday, September 4, 2009. We went on a family scuba diving trip to Mexcio and had so much fun! We went swimming with the whale sharks, which was amazing. We saw hundreds of whale sharks. It was also a very special trip because my niece went scuba diving for the first time. It has been one of my grandfathers dream to dive with a great-grand child and he accomplished it on this trip.
