I used this recipe for a friend's birthday the other day - it's pretty simple to make:. 200 gm Arnotts "Nice" Biscuits. 80 gm Butter melted. 800 gm cream cheese. 170 gm caster sugar. 2 tsp vaniilla essence. 1 1/2 tbs lemon juice. 300 ml sour cream. 50 gm caster sugar. 1 tsp vanilla essence. Preheat oven to 170C. Grease a 23 cm round springform pan. Wrap base of pan in 2 layers of aluminium foil. 4 Remove from oven.

Sunday, November 27, 2005. Amster to the rescue! In this episode we see how Amster can take an ordinary leftover Thanksgiving dinner and turn it into . well . warm leftover Thanksgiving dinner. A repurposed turkey dinner brought back to life. Pan frying really helped to drive out a lot of the icky moisture and concentrated the turkey flavor.
